Product works great !!! worth the hype...
BUT installation isn't as easy as advertised.. it's probably as easy as it could get and still is the best product out there.. tailored perfectly to your car. BUT it's definitely not a 5 minute job, not even close. It took me well over 2 hours overall (and i'm pretty handy, not my first car fit)
Just wanted to note that it's not a "plug it into your OBD plug and that's it" kinda job... had to remove glove box and steering wheel cover and work with some wires...
Apart from that.. works great.
Remote start kit works very well, does not require cutting wires of theToyota factory harness. Online video to program the long range remotes is not upto date so I needed help from the support team which took couple of days to address the issue.
Easy to set up and works like it should. The Stage 2 programming came back super fast.

Wrong product. Videos are not correct for my car. How do I return this
The video installation was very poor. I have a lexus GS350 but the video was on a camry and they are significantly different. The black connector does not go on the steering column it is way lower - I didn't really have to take the column apart. There is a GS only wire that was not explained anywhere. It took 3 days to get any tech support. I couldn't find any usefull information on the website. The extra wire that had to be soldered into the door panel made this far from "plug and play" There were no instructions on how to get the wire into the door panel. The photo of the connector in the door is very poor. It says to connect to lock - there are 2 different connectors on the lock but the right connector was actually on a grey box.
The installation videos are for Audi Q3 which have a different set up to the A3 and support is absolute no help. They have no idea, or knowledge on how to install. Terrible product.

Remote start works as it should. Press lock three times and within 15 seconds the vehicle starts. Install was about 90 minutes total from open box to getting instructions to remote start.
The 2 stage programming threw me for a little loop, but we got it all installed and was easier than other ones I’ve installed in the past! Thanks again!

Awesome product, was able to install it myself with very little experience working with cars. Some of the steps regarding programming the system were a bit confusing, but I was able to figure it out on my own. The range on the auto starter is pretty good and even works when my vehicle is in an underground parking garage. Very happy with the product
It was really easy to install. I had some pelroblems getting the remotes to pair but a phone call to support got it straightened out. The gentleman was very helpful.
I routinely park my truck about 100yds from a window at work and it works everytime. Just yesterday I was about a block away inside a building with no view of the truck but the keyfob remote beeped 3 times letting me know the truck started.
I would absolutely buy this again. In fact im looking for one for my wife's car now.
Super easy install- It took a lot longer to get the panels off than it did to install the unit. I bought this AFTER I tried to save a few bucks by buying on of the splice-in kits, which I couldn't get to work properly. The instructions didn't match the wiring, and they were unable to provide a definitive response to "what wire do I splice in to"
I had one little hiccup along the way, but customer service took care of it right away.
The add on app module to my 4th Gen 4Runner was a basic plug and play to my start module. I did run into a program issue on the app. But it was resolved within 24 hours communicating Via Email with the company. Now I can start my vehicle a mile away within the city without interference. Plus what is nice, I can monitor my battery levels, security, GPS location when parked.
