Is amazing how easy to installing the device and work perfectly fine, really happy I definitely but another one if I have to.
Purchased the remote start kit for my son’s Toyota Highlander, the install was fairly easy, taking about an hour. It’s a nice upgrade for the car using the factory key fob. He will really enjoy it this winter when the snow flies.
I recently purchased this for my husband's birthday. This will be very helpful in the winter months to get into to warm vehicle. He installed the electric start himself with the installation videos provided on the site. He said it was easy installation. He is very happy with this product, works very well, and easy install.

Harness was not as in the video. Instructions were fairly generic videos, not helpful at all.
Called 12 Volt. Zach and I worked the problem and solved it readily. Never felt rushed. Zach even stayed on whilst I programmed the cellular module.

Installation was a breeze, user interface with the CL7 app is great, a very intuitive dashboard that gives me access to remote start, lock and unlock from anywhere. The added convenience of being able to check if I locked my vehicle while I'm away from it gives me peace of mind. 12volt solutions customer support/ installation page made the whole process very user friendly.
I bought it while it was on sale. I reached out for assistance several times and I had quick responses with clear answers every single time. The remote starter was exactly as advertised. It was plug-in play. The hardest part of installing it was actually removing the panels and installing the panels again. The electrical aspect of itself was super easy.. I would absolutely buy from them again. My only request is that the remote starter and the car link app include notifications for when the car has been unlocked for a period of time.
Very happy with this app. The only thing I wished it did was give you the ability to roll windows up and down through the app if the car has the capability.
There is no iwatch app for CL7 even though CL6. Has one. Not sure what’s up with that. The phone app works relatively well with a few glitches that I assume will get sorted out on new releases.
Everything about this was 5 stars. the shipping all the away around was super fast. less than a week from getting it at first to getting it back after stage two. super easy to install. overall very happy with everything
Everything worked as it should. Not difficult to do yourself if you have confidence in removing car trim. Instillation videos were great! There was one change due to manufacturing changes, but they included a sheet explaining it and how to make it work.
I installed this on my 2024 4Runner as soon as I bought it. Easy install with great service.

The Magic Box saved time by not having to mail module in and wait for it to return, but kinda pricey. You have to call Tech Support to program it, but don't expect to do it on a weekend, M thru F only. If you have the patience just mail it in and wait for return.
Installed it a week ago, works as advertised. Plug And Play installation was fast and easy. Called Tech Support to program the remote, they answered phone first try. Programming took about 10 mins. I forget the Tech's name, but he was great. So far so good. Will review again this winter on weather or not I'm getting into a warm or cold truck.

This is the second time I purchased a system. I am not a car guy, but I was able to figure it out both times. The instruction video for my Ford Edge was not very helpful because they were working on a completely different model at the very end. It took me unnecessary hours in the hot sun sweating trying to figure out how to program it. Previously when I called the number I was able to speak with someone. This time it just tells you to call back and hangs up on you. The customer service wasn’t what it used to be but the product is still good. They do answer email pretty quickly. But if you are a visual learner like I am, that really doesn’t help much. I needed a more accurate video.
