Shipping Terms

Shipping time does NOT include our fulfilment time!

We do NOT drive the delivery trucks or operate the shipping company

We feel bad for even having to make that statement, but we need our customers to know that if an issue arises, we will help get it resolved. You can protect your order by purchasing our SHIPPING PROTECTION.

Please understand that once your package is picked up from our facility, we have no control over your shipment. If your delivery time exceeds the estimated delivery window, the reason is not related to 12volt.Solutions. We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the estimated delivery time, but sometimes there are delays outside of our control, such as shipping company delays, weather, pandemics, etc.

We greatly appreciate your support and understanding with all things shipping related. If for some reason, you do have an issue, please contact us and we will work to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.


There is no way to track the package on the way back to us when it is refused and tagged "return to sender". If the package is lost and there is no way to track it, you become angry with us when we are eagerly awaiting for the package to arrive that you purchased and refused. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST REFUSAL PACKAGES. No refunds will be issued until we receive the package. All returned shipments must have a tracking number and RMA.

  • We ship daily Monday - Friday from our Oklahoma facility
  • Same day shipment cutoff time is 4pm central time. We do our absolute best to fulfil all orders the same day.
  • Shipping is non-refundable
  • ALL orders from our website will have a tracking number and will automatically be emailed to you when your order is fulfilled
  • Estimated delivery time depends on your shipping method selection at checkout. Please understand that shipping carriers do experience delays and we will not be responsible for such delays.
  • If for some reason your package gets "returned to sender" you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to you
  • No returns will be accepted without a return ticket number/authorization number. Items sent back for a return without authorization will not be processed and returned to you.

Return Received

You will receive an email when we receive your return and it is checked into our returns department.

Refund Processed

You will receive an email when your refund has been processed and refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction. In all other instances, store credit will be given.

How long does my refund take?

After we receive your return, we normally process your refund within 3 business days (M-F). Once we issue a refund, the funds are typically available in your bank account within 5 business days. (Some banks or financial institutions may take longer.)


International customers will be responsible for the expense of sending the module back for our Stage 2 programming. We cannot issue a pre-paid shipping label for international customers, nor do we offer a shipping reimbursement for this programming method. We highly suggest that you purchase our Magic Box so we can complete the Stage 2 programming remotely.

Only some remote start kits require our Stage 2 programming. If your vehicle requires it, it will clearly be specified on the product page.

  • We use DHL Express for MOST of our international shipments (not every international shipment will be shipped via DHL)
  • We may use UPS if it will provide better service for our customers
  • Most international shipments fall within a 5-10 business day delivery window but we do not own the shipping company. We promise that your package will leave our facility in a timely manner, but we can not make any promises for the shipping companies, ability to deliver your order in any specific time frame. All we can do is tell you the time frame that they provide us.

If you purchase our SHIPPING PROTECTION

We will send out a replacement item within 24-48 hours (M-F). The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and you may be contacted for additional details.

If you did NOT purchase the SHIPPING PROTECTION

We require 3 business days (M-F) to conduct an in house investigation. If you are concerned about theft, please use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered packages.
