The Basics

  • We ship daily Monday - Friday from our Oklahoma facility
  • Same day shipment cutoff time is 3:30pm central time.  We do are absolute best to fulfil orders the same day. 
  • Domestic shipping is a flat rate fee - non refundable 
  • Most domestic shipments fall within a 2-5 business day delivery window
  • ALL orders from our website will have a tracking number and will automatically be emailed to you when your order is fulfilled
  • International shipment delivery times vary for reasons outside of our control (delays, customs, etc.)
  • Duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipments are not included in the cost of the product.  These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.  12volt.Solutions does not pay or agree to pay any fees associated with international shipments.


We don't drive the delivery trucks or operate the shipping company

Please understand that once your package is picked up from our facility, we have no control over your shipment.  If your delivery time exceeds the 2-5 business day estimated delivery window, the reason is not related to 12volt.Solutions.  We do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the estimated delivery time, but sometimes there are delays outside of our control. such as shipping company delays, weather, pandemics, etc.

We greatly appreciate your support and understanding with all things shipping related.  If for some reason, you do have an issue, please contact us and we will work to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.


! ! ! WARNING ! ! !

DO NOT REFUSE A PACKAGE THAT IS BEING DELIVERED!   There is no way to track the package on the way back to us when it is refused and tagged "return to sender".  If the package is lost and there is no way to track it, you become angry with us when we are eagerly awaiting for the package to arrive that you purchased and refused.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST REFUSAL PACKAGES.  No refunds will be issued until we receive the package.                                                                                        All returned shipments must have a tracking number and RMA.


Domestic Shipments

  • Shipping is a flat rate fee regardless of the order size
  • Shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days
  • If for some reason your package gets "returned to sender" you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to you


International Shipments

  • We use DHL Express for MOST of our international shipments (not every international shipment will be shipped via DHL)
  • We may use another shipping company if it will provide better service for our customers 
  • Most international shipments fall within a 5-10 business day delivery window but we do not own the shipping company.   We promise that your package will leave our facility in a timely manner, but we can not make any promises for the shipping companies. ability to deliver your order in any specific time frame.  All we can do it tell you the time frame that they give us. 
  • Shipping cost varies on Country/Location/Service

International shipments may have duties, taxes, and/or other fees associated with them.   12volt.Solutions does not pay or agree to pay any fees associated with international shipments.  These fees are the the buyers responsibility. 

We have no way to estimate the cost of fees, and we urge you to do your research prior to completing your purchase. 


Lost Packages

If for some reason you believe that your package becomes lost please let us know immediately.  We require 72 hours to conduct an in house investigation.  If you are concerned about theft, please use a shipping address to a business or other safe place.  We are not responsible for stolen or mis-delivered packages.
