RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 The Basics

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns may be subject to a $25 restocking fee

Eligible returns received within the policy period can be fully refunded if the requirements are met

Returns received outside of the Return Policy period can be exchanged for another product of equal value or applied as store credit

Returns must be complete, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging

Products that have been damaged, modified, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund unless directed to do so by our Technical Support Team

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number

                                                     

 

REFUNDS

 

1-30 DAYS

Returns will be accepted

Product must be in original condition and packing

Refund amount will be based on condition of product if it is not in new condition

 

31-60 DAYS

Returns will be accepted by approval only

A restocking fee will apply to any return within this time period


61+ DAYS

Products returned for refunds will not be accepted

You may receive store credit

You may exchange for a product of equal or lesser value

 

 

Notice: 

  • All returns/exchanges must have prior authorization from a 12Volt.Solutions representative.

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after product inspection has been completed

  • You will receive an email when we issue your return.  Processing time is dependent on your bank or credit card, not 12volt.Solutions 
  • Returns must be sent back with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost shipments or "return to sender" refusals they take weeks to arrive.

  • When inquiring about the delivery of a return/exchange, please have your original order number and return tracking number present.
