Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase

Eligible returns received within the policy period can be fully refunded if the refund meets the criteria

Returns received outside of the policy period can be exchanged for another product of equal value or applied as store credit

Original shipping charges are non refundable

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

Returns must be complete, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging

Products that have been damaged, modified, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund unless directed to do so by our Technical Support Team

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number



  • All returns/exchanges must have prior authorization from a 12Volt.Solutions representative.

  • No returns/exchanges will be processed without the request form.

  • Returns must be sent back with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost shipments.

  • When inquiring about the delivery of a return/exchange, please have your tracking number present.
