Operation of System
- To Start: Press lock 3 times on the OEM key FOB
- To Stop: Press lock 3 times on the OEM Key FOB
- Parking Lights will illuminate during remote start mode
- Run time is 15 minutes
- All doors, hood and hatch/trunk must be closed
- The vehicle will NOT shut off when the door is opened. You can get in and go without having to restart your vehicle.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order shipped extremely fast. The install isn’t terrible at all and the product seems well made. So far it’s worked great for me with both the key fob and the app. Very happy so far

As far as ease of install and function its great. wasnt hard at all to install. My only gripe so far is that when opening the door it dies and then on start up or if switched into park the long range receiver will continue to blink blue flashing lights until I hit the remote twice. During the day not so much an issue.but at night its very noticeable. Some states don't allow that color light to flash so its something I always have to do

I bought a Remote starter for my 2013 Toyota Venza, when 1st received my order the wire harness was not the correct 1. I did contact 12v Solutions via an E-mail and I was surprised how quick they respond my mail and send me the correct harness. Installation was so easy after watching the Support Videos. This Product Works as Describe Truly Plug n Play, no splicing or running wires here and there.
