Operation of System
- To Start: Press lock 3 times on the OEM key FOB
- To Stop: Press lock 3 times on the OEM Key FOB
- Parking Lights will illuminate during remote start mode (if optional wire is connected)
- Run time is 15 minutes
- All doors, hood and hatch/trunk must be closed
- The vehicle will NOT shut off when the door is opened. You can get in and go without having to restart your vehicle.

- One key will remain in our module - this is done in a safe manner so your vehicle can not be stolen or unlocked. The battery will be removed so the remote will be "dead" and only the start signal is used during the crank cycle.
- The key can be retrieved at any time and will be fully functional when the battery is placed back in it.
- THE KEY DOES NOT GET WRAPPED! Instead, it gently gets placed in a key box that was specifically designed for the Porsche key.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Very easy straight forward installation. Support was excellent when I had questions . The factory remote range was terrible and made the remote start pointless until we spring for the app. Very happy with the system but its a bit expensive.

This PnP kit was fairly easy to install (videos need updated or a manual should be included). Needed a phone conversation to finalize a couple portions of the install and the App module wires were mislabeled, so had to switch those around after the discussion that determined that. The final product is hidden, so very much like a factory set-up. In addition, we chose to go with the app module which ended but a good decision. The App works fantastic and a bit easier than using the Keyfob which requires fairly precise timing with the 3 button presses to work correctly. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and communication.
