Install was super easy, truly plug-in play. I installed it in my 2019 tundra platinum in about 20 minutes with the videos. I added the long range remote which added a little more complexity and I had trouble programming it but customer service was super responsive and get me set up in no time.
Matt helped me from start to finish. Couldn’t have went any smoother. Definitely recommend them.
I am extremely upset about this product. They don’t mention it anywhere but this auto starter requires a monthly payment to operate. It’s more than double any auto start I’ve ever seen and they still try to charge you $20-50! A month just to use it. They don’t mention this anywhere, their goal seems to be to keep it a secret until it’s too late and you’ve already paid to install it. Be advised, it’s a money grab look elsewhere.

Simple and easy works really good
Installing this in my 2012 took less than 15 minutes, from taking the panels from the dash, plugging in the cords, programming, then putting it all back together. The step by step videos referenced with the product were exactly what you will need to install this for yourself. Saved me hundreds of dollars over the competition’s offerings.

Great add-on product. It's a little intimidating but the guys at 12 volt Solutions walked me through the entire process. Now I have remote control start and app module control start. Couldn't be happier. Don't get frustrated with the install because I guarantee you the guys at tech support are awesome and patient.
Best Plug & Play kit Available This is my 3rd kit, got 1 for a 2020 Nissan Frontier, 1 for a 2013 Toyota Venza and now I got 1 for a 2015 Lexus RX350. Easy to follow videos and instructions will recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade to remote starter, great company to deal.

VIDEO FOR MY SPECIFIC INSTALLATION IS VAGUE. ONCE ALL CONNECTIONS WERE MADE IT IS EASY TO PROGRAM. THE UNIT HAS BEEN WORKING FLAWLESSLY FOR QUITE A WHILE. I WOULD RECOOMEND TO OTHERS FROM AN EASE STANDPOINT.

Easy installation. It has been many years of reliable usage. When my starter went out and the truck was without a battery for a couple of days, the system no longer worked. I called the help line. A person actually answered and walk me through reconnecting the remote starter. Top notch company with top notch service.

I have been looking to order the remote start for my daughter's 2018 Buick Encore and it always states that it is sold out. I have sent emails and have never received any replies. I ordered one several years back for a 2014 Ford Fusion that worked perfectly but the customer service I've received with this is beyond disappointing. Dissatisfied

works good with cell module. The remote does not react good enough with the 3 clicks to start the car. It would be better if you could press and hold the lock button instead. Cell phone adapter works great.
Was indeed 100% plug and play including cellular remote start as well. Now has key fob and cellular remote start. Support is also 100% attentive 11-15 Prius
